I was online and i saw a site with legal maijuana, what exacly makes it legal?

The stuff usually referred to as "legal bud" is really a nickname for stuff, when smoked supposedly has effects similar to marijuana. My experiance with "legal bud" is that it may be a buzz, but nowhere near a good or a mid-grade bud.
Its not cannibis its something else. No where in the US is selling marijuana legal on the internet or anywhere else.So its something else what exactly I dont know.
it cant be legal if its in the usa because its only legal with medical use.
It's probably a sting operation and when you fall for it not only do they get you for trafficing in drugs, but they get you for mail fraud which can yield you 10 to 20 in federal prison by itself, enjoy.
its medicinal pot.i doubt you could buy it online and i think its legal in only a couple states like CA and OR.you have to have a precscription.someone from those states should know more about it
Its government grown and controlled. The THC content is so low, I have heard you get a better buzz off a cigarette. Most that have had it prescribed dumped it, it was useless.
This is Canada of course (as I am Canadian) I have no idea about the US.
